We can observe an amber color with copper reflections. The nose is relatively complex with spicy notes like coriander or star anise. There are also notes of distillate of red fruits such as raspberry. Then appear more fruity notes like orange peel, citrus. Despite this great complexity, the nose is very ethereal. The mouth remains fresh, dominated by the limestone terroir. We can still note a slight acidity carried by a fairly fine tannic structure. The complexity of the nose is found in the mouth. The finish is long and salivating
