Winemaking & Maturing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Foaming on natural yeasts during the alcoholic fermentation (Natural Sparkling). Vinified and bottled directly in September, on the natural sugars of the grapes, this cuvée was quickly disgorged in order to preserve the very fruity character of this wine as much as possible.
“On the nose, ripe strawberries and raspberries dominate. The palate is fruity with a slightly sweet gourmet finish”
