Winemaking
This grape variety is vinified in a traditional way (destemming, pressing) then racking 24 hours later. The alcoholic fermentation is then carried out at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.

"Very bright, shiny golden yellow with green hues. Powerful nose expressing a fruity character with peach apricot scents with a slight floral touch. Attack on the palate with lots of volume and fat, aromas of apricots and candied fruit (tangerine). Fresh and balanced finish with very good aromatic persistence and hints of violets. A fine and elegant ensemble where the Viognier expresses all its typicality. ”
