Winemaking & Maturing
This cuvée is produced in the conventional way: short maceration for a week to capture the fruitiness, aging in concrete tanksduring the winter and bottled in the spring.
“Fresh, fruity nose, this wine reveals notes of redcurrant on the palate, full of lightness and suppleness. The Carignan brings some tension, underlying the fruitiness of the Grenache to create a thirst-quenching red wine."
