Winemaking
Manual harvest, traditional vinification. Maceration exceeding 1 month

Maturing
First aging in big casks (18 months) followed by a second in concrete tank (18 additional months)

Color: Purplish, rich and velvety
Nose: Powerful and sweet, notes of figs, black pepper and kirsch
Palate: Round and generous, silky tannins.


Food and wine pairing:
This wine can accompany lamb and delicate soft cheeses (truffle brie)
Serve between 16 and 18 °
Each vintage offers an elegant wine, favoring the precision of the aromas and preserving a beautiful freshness.
