"The white Meursault most often comes in a gold-green, canary yellow, slightly accentuated or polished bronze gold dress depending on age. Clear and brilliant, it is often accompanied by silver reflections. Its bouquet evokes the ripe bunch. In young wine: almond and hazelnut roasted in a vegetal and floral environment (hawthorn, elderberry, fern, linden, verbena) and mineral (flint). Butter, honey, citrus fruits also stress the nose. On the palate, a rich and oily wine, with a delicious and joyful nutty flavor: the balance between richness and freshness, declining all the registers of silk. Long, structured, it needs maturity. It’s a big white guard ..... "
