Winemkaing & Maturing
Soft pressing of whole grapes, cold settling for 48 hours. Vinification over 45 days. Aging 50% Tank & 50% Barrels of 2 wines for 12 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
“These white wines exploit the whole range of citrus and white flowers (hawthorn, acacia). The mouth, often full and round, opens on beautiful mineral frames, all in length. They can be drunk delicious in their youth, but will reveal all the typicity of their terroir over time. "
