Whole harvest fermentation, up to 50% depending on maturity. Aging that can range from 24 to 36 months in barrels of several years.
 
Greedy wines, on the fruit, with generous notes of cherry a little minty, the mouth is greedy and voluminous with a nice length on the finish. A certain righteousness that recalls its membership in the Côte de Nuits. Endowed with good aging, it easily reveals its potential after only a few years.”
