Winemaking & Maturing

traditional vinification with separate vinification of each grape variety, and temperature control; short maceration (6 days) on Grenache to obtain fruit and 12 to 15 days for Syrah

Aging is done in enamelled vats

beautiful deep red color, nice nose of black and red fruit. Balanced and liquorice palate.

Serving temperature: between 12 and 16 ° C
