Espar is one of the names given to the Mourvèdre grape in the Languedoc and more particularly in the Hérault.

Maturing20% of the blend was kept in tanks under inert gas and 80% endemi-muid of 500 liters of 1 wine and 2 wines for 12 months
Sustained color, garnet. Grilled woody nose on a background of black stone fruit, condiments, spices. Palate with a warm attack, languid by a fresh and mellow fruity partition. The finish shows energy. Has digested his breeding well.
