Winemaking & Maturing
The alcoholic and malolactic vinifications are carried out in a traditional way with the use, as necessary, of modern techniques such as cold maceration, concentration by reverse osmosis, micro-oxygenation. The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. Château Devise d’Ardilley for a third of its volume in new barrels and terracotta amphorae

Bouquet with tones of red fruits (redcurrant), vanilla and spices that instil confidence. It keeps its promises on the palate, where it reveals itself to be ample, round and greedy at the same time thanks to its generous fruitiness, its delicate oakiness and its velvety tannins
