Vinification & Maturing
Long vatting of around 3 weeks to extract structure and volume. Alcoholic fermentation around 24 to 26°C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. WINE MATURING : 14 months in oak barrels

“A nose of a remarkable complexity. Warm and fine, it reveals notes of black fruits compotes such as blackberry and cherry brandy. Sweet notes of fine spices like nutmeg and gray pepper flirt with vanilla, slightly mocha scents. The palate is voluptuous with silky and pleasant tannins, full of indulgence. With a nice length, it gives you a great feeling of pleasure.

Aging potential :
5-8 years

To serve at 16-18°C
Good match with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese
