Vinification & Maturing
Long vatting of around 3 weeks to extract structure and volume. Alcoholic fermentation around 24 to 26°C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. WINE MATURING Stainless steel tanks for 12 months.

“Behind its deep black shell with pretty purplish reflections, the nose reveals the delicacy of black fruits (blackberries) married to a hint of blackcurrant bud. Mouth will directly  show its character with his roundness and a beautiful structure slightly astringent tempered by fine, tight tannins.

Aging potential :
5-8 years

Culinary agreements:
To serve at 16-18°C
Good match with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese
