Vinification & Maturing
The grapes are harvested when aromatic maturity is reached. Fermentation lasts 10 to 15 days, at moderate temperature. These fermentation conditions give this wine its
fruity character and supple structure. .

aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry enhanced by spicy notes. On the palate, our Tradition cuvée reveals supple tannins and a rounded finish. . "
