Vinification & Maturing
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. After vatting, the fermentations are launched. The maceration phase lasts about three weeks. The wine is then intoned. This phase of aging in barrels (new, one wine and two wines) lasts
12 to 14 months..

“On the nose, we perceive notes of black fruits jammy (blackberry, cherry). Notes of spices and
 roasted coffee enrich a bouquet complex aromatic. On the palate, this cuvée reveals a powerful
tannic structure and a beautiful length "
