Vinification & Maturing
Whole grape pressing, gravity flow of the juices, long alcoholic fermentation (1 month) with regulated temperature, then malolactic fermentation. Aging on lees 4 months. Bottled for the “prise de mousse”. Disgorgement after 12 months.

Its pale yellow is magnified by its trains of bubbles. Fresh, this Crémant then develops subtle floral aromas as well as those of white-fleshed fruits such as pear. This beautiful harmony is the result of a wonderful effervescence as well as an ideal balance between acidity and sugar. The finesse of the bubbles brings flexibility and lightness.
