From a barrel of our grandfather kept for more than 60 years in our cellars, and voluntarily complemented by the greatest eaux-de-vie of the family, this very old Grande Champagne
cognac reaches perfection in balance, complexity and length. A nose of smoky and toasted oak,
notes of cocoa, leather and tobacco. On the palate, fine aromas of vanilla, spices, cinnamon mixed
with almonds. The whole provoking a superb balance, lasting about twenty minutes in the
mouth, recalling the aromas of cocoa and the smoke of the nose. The longer you take to taste
your cognac, the more it will open up to new aromas, such as floral and undergrowth aromas,
& more concentrated to the previous ones. Note its spicy finish, witness to a cognac of rare quality..
