Vinification & Maturing
The grapes are harvested when aromatic maturity is reached. After settling, fermentation is then carried out at low temperature in order to preserve all the fruity character of this wine.

“To the eye,  it dress is pale and luminous. On the nose, you will appreciate its aromas of
fresh fruit, strawberries and raspberry, but also  marked notes of English candy. On the palate,
this rosé expresses all its freshness and intensity aromatic. "
