Terroir: Backing onto the southern slope of the Dentelles de Montmirail massif, terroir made of black marl, composed of silt, clay and sand

Grape varieties: 70% Grenache Noir, 10% Syrah and 10% Cinsault

Traditional vinification with destemming. Fermentation for 3 weeks, manual punching down

Concrete tank

wine for aging

Color: purple reflections, limpid and crystalline
Nose: The first nose reveals aromas of black fruits, spices and dried fruits; It then opens with notes of chestnut and blackcurrant.
Palate: The attack on the palate is delicious, the tannins are round and the finish offers notes of liquorice.
