Vinification & Maturing
Whole grape pressing, gravity flow of the juices, long fermentation (1 month) with regulated temperature. Aging on lees 6-9 wood in barrels of 500 liters

Pale yellow with golden reflections. Typical of its grape variety but also of its aging in barrels, this nose is very floral with jasmine but also smoky and toasted notes. With a beautiful freshness and length, the mouth is carried by an aromatic and structural richness. The finish is rather on the freshness without heaviness but with delicacy. Aging in wood brings length and mache to this wine. The volume in the mouth is very generous with a finish of toasted notes
