Vinification & Maturing
Whole grape pressing, gravity flow of the juices, long fermentation (1 month) with regulated temperature
Pale yellow with mid-gold reflections. Very expressive and aromatic, this nose is typical of the grape variety with its aromas of fresh grapes. This dry wine has a supple, fruity and delicate mouth reminiscent of the aromas of the nose. There is a nice balance between the fruit and the acidity which gives a digestible character and pleasure.

Culinary agreements:To serve at 8-10° CThe Muscat is very requiring for the wine and food pairing because it is fruity but dry. It can be accompanied by aperitif such as cold main dish, fish terrine, marinated salmon or asparagus..
