Ivory yellow with bright reflections. Typical of the grape variety, its nose is rich in both floral and spicy aromas reminiscent of peppermint. The nose evokes an aerial and subtle whole without exuberance. The palate reveals a subtle aroma dominated by yellow fruits with notes of mango and pineapple. It also has a beautiful richness and bitterness giving relief to this tangy finish

Aging potential :
6-7 years

Culinary agreements:

To serve at 8-10° C
The Gewurztraminer is a ideal companion for aperitif wine or a starter. We recommend associate with salty-sweet dish then cheese.
