Vinification & Maturing
Whole grape pressing, gravity flow of the juices, long fermentation (1 month) with regulated temperature. Aging on lees 4 months
When oppening of the bottle, the nose revels a good yellow fruit aromas then in the second time it picks up the finesse. It can smell the notes of jamine and honeysuckle. Frehsness and roudness are two characters of our Alsace. The palate replicates the nose with fruity aroma. The mouth shows itself pleasant, supple and blended and it ends on a final of zest fruit and good nervousness

To serve at 8-10° CThis pleasurable and country wine will match with traditional main course, from aperitif through fish to white meat. You can also drink with cheese.
