Vinification & Maturing
Vatting of the destemmed grapes, vatting for around 15 days, daily pumping over of the juices, devatting after the end of fermentation. Aged on fine lees for 9 months in barrels

The nose reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity combining notes of ripe red fruits and black fruits reminiscent of wild strawberries and blackcurrant. A hint of vanilla is also present referring to its aging in wood. The appetizer is delicate and full of finesse. The red fruits explode on the palate and give way to a beautiful structure with silky tannins. This Pinot Noir finishes long, subtly marked by roasted notes
